We're an independent in-home appliance repair operation serving Akron and the rest of Summit County, OH. Refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers, fixed in your kitchen or laundry room.

What we do

Diagnostic and repair on residential refrigerators (including Sub-Zero and built-in columns), washers (top-load, front-load, HE, stackable), dryers (gas, electric, heat-pump), ovens and ranges (gas, electric, induction, built-in), dishwashers, and over-the-range microwaves. About 90% of what a typical Summit County home needs serviced.

What we don't do

Countertop microwaves (cheaper to replace). Small countertop appliances. Commercial restaurant equipment — that's a different parts ecosystem and a different service license. If you call us and what you actually need is a different trade, we'll tell you straight and recommend an honest local shop.

How pricing works

$89 flat diagnostic anywhere in Summit County. The diagnostic is credited toward the repair if you book it — you don't pay it twice. Parts and labor get quoted before any work happens. If we open the appliance up and find something the customer didn't know about, we stop, call you, and you decide. No surprise charges.

When we tell you to replace, not repair

We'd rather have a repeat customer than a one-time repair we sold you on. So when the math doesn't work — a 12-year-old fridge with a sealed-system leak, a low-end dishwasher with a fried control board — we say so. The fact that we'd lose the repair on those calls is exactly why you can trust the recommendation when we say "yes, fix it."
